By beginning of fall, Katayoun Riyahi and CEO of this institute, Ms. Fatemeh Dneshvar visited Ameneh nursery house and visited children and also had a meeting with authorities of welfare organization and nursery.
Due to reports of media affairs of Mehrafarin charity, office manager of people participation department of welfare organization present and thanked everyone for their charitable affairs and supports and meanwhile informed updated CEO of Mehrafarin and its ambassador about problems and shortcomings of the nursery house.
In this visit, Mr. Nasiri, office manager of people participation department of welfare organization, noted: today, Ameneh nursery house expenses are totally afforded by donors and peoples wide participation in a proper manner and we are very satisfied with this procedure but in a more immense level some disease need extra care and payment and continuing the health care procedure requires greater and bigger support.
He then mentioned: with the facilities dedicated in this area, we can only cover a part of expenses of these patients whereas each year we have about 800 infants who need implant of cochlea and we even face rising statistics, unfortunately
He added: the cost of health procedure is very high! Actually we need 30 million TOMANS to cure a child, considering the necessary equipment that is installed on ears cost 14 million TOMANS. In addition, after implant in done, hearing and speech therapy sessions has to be done which adds up to expenses making it even harder for us to continue.
But government assured to afford health care expenses of 500 children up to 20 million TOMANS and we are trying hard to collect the rest donors and supporters participations and hopefully this problem will also be solved. As the meeting went on, office manager of people participation department of Ameneh nursery house, insisted over the fact that artists and atheists can have a major role in helping this problem be solved. noted: we require our artist as a part of society to use their reputation in order to help us solve this problem and we believe that helping orphans and building mosque have celestial and divine prizes focus, thus helping this innocent children to hear will also have the same prize and right now I use this meeting as an opportunity to ask for their participation and support. CEO of Mehrafarin , Ms. Fatemeh daneshvar, continued : people whom have good financial situation must help these people and we will do our best to use different potential sources and cure this illness and will definitely collect help and financial support in this respect as much as we can and walk side by side with you. Ambassador of Mehrafarin Ms. Riyahi appreciated the efforts done by authorities of nursery house and emphasized over participation of everyone in charitable affairs and then added: a lot of actors and actresses unfortunately do not have enough time to participate in such movements physically that I believe their heart beat for deprived people and I believe that when it is necessary they will do everything they can to help them. Because I am no longer active in acting industry thus I have more time to participate a little more.
She mentioned people should participate more in such activities and continued: we should let more NGO and people-oriented organization grow and people use opportunity to participate more in charitable activities because such groups play a great role in supporting deprived people and give them what they actually deserve. At the end of this meeting, ambassador and CEO of Mehrafarin visited the place where these children are taken care of which indeed created emotional moments in the rooms.
