Launching “astrology” center of Mehrafarin
In order to familiarize teenagers and youngsters about astrology, education department started “astrology center of Mehrafarin” managed by Niyousha Shakouri, who is a math student and has studied in Zaferaniyeh astrology center.
The courses are held on Mondays 09-16:30 and are covering following issues:
-basic introduction (solar system, metaphysics and etc.)
-holding visits
Painting (oil) and design courses
It is almost one year that Mehrafarin is holding painting and design courses.
These courses were widely welcomed. From female teenagers and youngsters on summer of 1389 and right now on Sundays and Tuesdays from 10-12 above mentioned courses are held in charity and interests students learn basic painting and design technics.
The constructor of this course is Miss Zahra Daneshvar.
Pottery classes held for children
This course started on summer of 1389 by education department of Mehrafarin in order to cultivate creativity and improve it among children and has been widely welcomed by children and right now 10 children supervised by ladies Parisa Ghabesi and Roya Asadian are leaving the basic pottery technics with hand.
This course is held on Wednesdays from 10-11:30 am
Holding story-reading classes
By beginning of 1389 summer, in order to show that cultural activities are among the most important goals of Mehrafarin and to make children interested toward reading books, story reading classes were held.
This course held on Wednesdays from 11:30-13:00, Miss Ghiasi is reading stories for children and explains them and students are supposed to write a summary and hand it on next session, which will also help children “write better “as well.
Papie Mashe art course held in Mehrafarin
In order to educate hand-made art and home-made department, above-mentioned course was held for 10 female teenagers and youngsters of Mehrafarin so that they will learn how to use simple things and unneeded stuff to create beautiful hand-made stuff.
This class held on Thursdays from 10-12 am. Is constructed by Miss Somayeh Gharayi Vafa
Holding ICDL classes
In order to improve individual skills of student under, on summer of 1389, ICDL and computer courses were held.
Female youngster’s courses are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 13:00-15:15 and classes for teenagers are held on the same days from 15:15-16:30. The teacher of this course is Miss Alizade who is a teacher in “Mojtame-E-Fani” center.
Educational classes for young boys are held on Tuesdays from 14:00-16:30. The teacher of this course is Mr. Akbari.
Holding of painting courses for children
In order to cultivate creativity and educating basics of painting, this course held by education department for children by Miss Nahal, student of architecture and painting teacher.
Right now 11 children under Mehrafarin support have enrolled in this course and are learning basics of painting on Tuesdays from 10-12
Holding classes for failed students
In order to teach children who have failed, these courses are held honorary by teachers so that students in different grades will be able to learn and pass the exam they have failed.
Holding fun Fasham trip
One of the supporters of Mehrafarin , BEHIN PARVAZ travel agency cooperated with Mehrafain that is managed by miss Roya Zareian and 39 people under support (mother and their young daughters), managed by two of our staff travelled to Fasham in order to be in a green environment and spend a few fun hours next to a beautiful lake.
Educational department planned this one day trip to create fun moments for families and it is worthwhile to mention that all expenses of this trip included commuting and food was supported and afforded by BEHIN PARVAZ travel agency.
Holding a three-day festival
By cooperation of Taali institute and coordination of Mehrafarin , this program called “festival of happy children” was held from Tuesday 5th of Mordad for these days , aimed to :
-creating a fun environment for children and their guardians
-creating an educational environmental and learning about new opportunities in life
-cultivating beliefs such as being responsible, self-independence and self-belief and being useful figure for society of children.
By cooperation done 10 children aged less than 6 whom were under Mehrafarin support, along with their mothers participated in the fourth “festival of happy children”
Some of the programs held were: 1)educational courses for children 2)holding fun workshops including games and fun entertainments for children 3)holding construction courses and giving consultation to mothers 4)holding skill-learning and entrepreneurship courses for mothers.
On Thursdays, 7th of Mordad, after finishing ceremony, they were returned home.
