Summary of activities from Mehrafarin activities done so far:

1)      Persistent presence 24/7 of Mehrafarin social consolers and volunteers in cities that had earthquake especially volunteers in Sanandaj city from the early days after earthquake until today.

2)      Collecting about four billion tomans by big family of Mehrafarin and spending it in two different parts: 1) giving help 2) temporary shelters

3)       Check up and inspect (more than two thousand families) one by one by a professional team of consolers form Mehrafarin charity and revival of 365 families up to now that were in a bad situation compared with others, nevertheless this procedure still continues.

4)      Building and donating 600 kanexes in different sizes that up to now 300 kanexes have been given to families and the rest is in procedure and will be delivered to families in a month.

5)      Focus on supportive activities of Mehrafarin on the target team that includes educational services (improving knowledge and skill), giving consultation especially psychological, hygiene, health or legal services or creating job opportunities.

It is over ten years that Mehrafarin has the experience of distributing supportive packs to enable its community under support with its specialists and professional team and was able to do this task and responsibility, successfully.

But the question still remains. Why do we need to take legal measurements?

Let’s explain that as we described earlier, the continue of our path will be identified by precise reports and by individual reports, so we feel like we need this.

For example, we observed that a child that has lost his/her family members and parents and now lives with his/her uncle and he has banned him/her from going to school. In this case we need to take legal, juridical and consultation measurements and if this is not enough, we must take more serious steps, legally.

In this respect, in near future, a center will be built to offer services of Mehrafarin team in Sare Pole Zahab that will be described later in details.
