Due to public relations, Mehrafarin charity wants to clarify about denial of prosecutor of Alborz province about Kimia. Let’s mention that Kimia’s family (her nickname) do live in Alborz province but their complaint files have been adjusted outside Alborz and is now under supervision.

It is clear that the family doesn’t have any history/files in judicial references of Alborz province.

After passing the medical treatments in one of Tehran’s hospitals, Kimia has been transferred to welfare organization and in order to clarify this case, all necessary documentations are ready in case and judicial organs or prosecutor of Alborz province may demand.
