Another big pride for Mehrafarin and its family
In 14th celebration of Iranian cinema house, Merila Zarei received statue of merit for her female supporting role for “About Eli” movie, directed by Asghar Farhadi.
We congratulated to this kind lady of Iranian cinema and are very joyous for this happening; here is her speech after receiving the statue:
In the name of God, the merciful, the compassionate
I am thankful to all great people of my country who have always supported cinema and its family and also thankful for the jury team for choosing me in this respect.
Also, I would like to use this opportunity to thank my colleagues who I truly believe all deserved to receive this statue one by one.
I am grateful to God, because I know this is more than I deserve but this is my responsibility as on ambassador of Mehrafarin which is a great symbol in helping the poor, children with bad graduations or no graduations specially and talk about a very big responsibility. A responsibility that wouldn’t be effective without presence of people and artists not even a single step.
Tonight, I ask everyone to participate in this act and help deprived people and hold their hands with morale and kindness.
I wish that all child labors have great nights, full of beautiful stories like the one we have tonight , together.
